Our U18 Boys’ and Girls’ Football Teams travelled to Marlborough College Malaysia to compete in the U18 FOBISIA Football Invitational, showcasing fantastic skill and teamwork throughout the tournament.

The Girls’ Team opened their campaign against Dulwich College Singapore in a nervy first match, narrowly losing 2 - 1. They responded brilliantly in their second fixture, producing a dominant 6 - 2 victory over Marlborough College. With renewed confidence, they faced last year’s champions, Shrewsbury Bangkok, in a tight and hard-fought match that ended in a 1 - 0 loss. The girls ultimately finished 4th overall after two days of excellent football.
The Boys’ Team started strong with two draws and a win, including a solid performance and a win against Dulwich College Singapore. Their final group game against Epsom College proved decisive; a last-second goal conceded meant the BSM Boys finished 3rd in the group on goal difference. On Day 2, they earned a good win against Marlborough College before narrowly losing to Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar International School in the Plate Final.
Well done to all players for giving their all and creating unforgettable memories from this fantastic experience.
A special congratulations to the BSM players selected for the FOBISIA Representative Squad, who will compete in Dubai, February 2026. These players were scouted throughout the tournament and impressed during a special showcase match against the top talents:
- Girls: Lillie (Year 12), Taylor (Year 11), Mireya (Year 12)
- Boys: Kaleb (Year 12), Mateo (Year 10)
