It has been an incredibly busy and rewarding period of fundraising for the Service & Sustainability community, and we’re delighted to share some fantastic results that reflect your generosity, spirit, and teamwork.

Change4Change

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed spare change for a great cause. Here are the final standings:

3rd Place: 🔴Visayas — ₱4,677.17 (46 house points)
2nd Place: 🟢 Luzon — ₱10,153.43 (101 house points)
1st Place: 🟡Mindanao — ₱18,453.50 (184 house points)

That’s a grand total of ₱33,284.10 going directly into the Disaster Relief Fund—an outstanding community effort.

One Million Lights Haunted Maze

Our spooky fundraising event lit up the community—literally. Thanks to your support, the Haunted Maze raised an impressive ₱90,000.00 for One Million Lights.

During the recent Fun Run, our student-led groups raised additional funds for meaningful causes. Here’s what each group contributed:

We will soon share an update from the Events Team on the total raised from Fun Run ticket sales, which will also contribute to the Disaster Relief Fund.

Year 11 Trip to Tahanang Walang Hagdanan

This Thursday, our Year 11 students visited our brand new Service Learning partner - Tahanang Walang Hagdanan. It was a delightful experience with students discovering the stories of the PWD community here in Metro Manila and exploring how spaces can be adapted to be made more accessible. We look forward to sharing more details and pictures in next week’s Lion’s Roar.
