We are delighted to share an outreach work project that we were able to fund as part of our Make A Difference programme. Frederick Dela Peña from our operations team worked with a number of other skilled specialists to provide additional support to two of our partner villages in Pinagsama, Taguig.
At Jack ‘n’ Jill Village, they replaced a rotting roof that was falling apart with a brand new one. This has created a sheltered area allowing the storing of bikes as well as creating a new meeting area for the community to gather in.

At PhilAm Village, an open drainage channel which had refuse and sewage flowing through it was causing a health hazard for residents, as well as making accessibility challenging for wheelchair users who live there. The team have now covered the channel and created a flat level surface, improving health conditions and accessibility for all.
