Parent Information session highlights and presentation slides

Dear Families, 

Thank you to the more than 200 parents who joined us last Tuesday at the Parent Information Sessions. 

The afternoon is an important opportunity for families to gain a little more insight into what we do, why we do it, and how we support your children each day. Just as importantly, it gives you the chance to meet the teachers and staff who know, teach and care for them.

One parent shared this reflection with me afterwards:

“I was particularly struck by my son’s new teacher. He knew all of my children’s names and clearly already knew a little about what makes them tick. I was really impressed.”

For me, that captures something very important about our school. Education is, of course, about excellent teaching and learning—but it is also about knowing our students as individuals: their personalities, their strengths, what motivates them and what helps them thrive.
