Dear Parents,
As an international school, each year we will inevitably have members of our staff team moving on at the end of the academic year.
This year in Primary School, we have two teachers leaving us: Ms Sunny Malik and Ms Priya Bajpai. We are sad that they will be leaving us, and are grateful for the work they have done for our school and our students over the past three years. They are both joining other excellent international schools in other countries. We are pleased to have supported them on their professional journey and look forward to hearing about their adventures in the future.
Also leaving us this academic year is our cover supervisor Ms Nathalie Dela Rosa. Ms Nathalie is moving to Jakarta where she will be a class teacher in one of our fellow FOBISIA schools.
In the next academic year, Mr Michael Wilson will replace Ms Malik as the Year 6 Group Leader and Mr Alex Paul will be moving to Key Stage 2. We have two new teachers joining us: Ms Anna Hutchings and Mr Thomas Woodall. All information about class teachers (including bios and year group placement) are here.
We will share information about our new cover supervisors at the beginning of the next academic year.
Next Friday in Lion's Roar we will inform parents about leaving Primary School Support Staff.

Summer Scheme 2024
Registration is still ongoing!
Thank you for all your interest in the 2024 Summer Scheme. Summer Scheme registration is currently open for Nursery to Year 6 current BSM students. We have had a terrific response and slots are being filled quickly. As of the time of writing, we have 15 places left. Please note everyone who has applied and paid for the Summer Scheme as of 30 May, has a place confirmed.
This is a two-week programme and to run it, we need 65 students minimum spread across 4 groups. We have a maximum of 80 places available. Traditionally, the groupings have been Nursery & Reception, Year 1 & 2, Year 3 & 4, and Year 5 & 6, though these can alter depending on how many students of different ages apply. Once a group reaches 20, that group will be closed and any others wishing to join after will be placed on a waiting list.
The cost of the scheme is PhP 28,000.00 and payment will confirm a place on the scheme. Please click on the link HERE to see more information regarding registration and payment details needed. Should for any reason the scheme not go ahead then all payments will be refunded. If for any reason a student misses a day/s, there cannot be a refund as all payments go towards resources and staffing costs overall for the scheme.
We are currently planning and staffing the scheme. Please note the scheme is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. The scheme filled up very quickly last year. The poster and video on each of the Primary School communication hubs gives an idea of the types of activities the children will experience.
