Fun Residential Trips has started & looking forward to more adventures in Primary School

Dear Parents,

The first of the Residential Trips for Primary School started this week. There was great excitement as the Year 4 group, capably led by Mrs Hutchings, boarded the bus on Thursday morning for Mount Makiling. Next week, Year 3 will be going on their outdoor adventure to Good Food Farm. The staff have been busy planning every detail of their trips since the beginning of the year. Great thought goes into ensuring that the trips offer the correct level of challenge alongside learning, and ensuring that students have the opportunity to be independent and develop their skills of resilience.

As a polite reminder, I would like to mention that it is not necessary for parents to send tracking devices attached to children or to send their own security detail to follow the trips. All our trips are thoroughly risk-assessed and checked by the Primary Leadership Team (PLT) as well as the Whole School Leadership Team (LT). If parents have any security concerns, please do contact the PLT so we can discuss this with you.

Earlier this week, our students in Reception had a wonderful time designing their own colourful masks during their Italian culture celebration. We truly appreciate the contributions from parents to this engaging learning.
