Dear Parents,
Yesterday, you would have received an email regarding this term’s settling in PTCs (Parent-Teacher Conferences). These will take place on Tuesday, 09 September, from 12.30pm to 04.00pm. Primary School closes for students at 11.35am on this day to enable the staff to complete the sessions online with parents.
The purpose of this PTC is to connect with class teachers and find out how your child has settled in their new class. It is also an opportunity for parents to share their perspectives about this. These appointment timings are set for eight minutes each.
All appointments are offered online for this first Settling-In PTC. However, if you feel strongly that a face-to-face appointment is needed, then you can always reach out to the class teacher and request this. Our staff are always willing to make accommodations.
Please also note, the PTCs for Term 2 and Term 3 are longer (15 minutes), and in these meetings, staff will share academic as well as pastoral updates, and parents can use the booking system to select face-to-face or online appointments.
