Dear Parents and Families,
As we near the end of the academic year, it would be great to formally collect information about how the year has gone for you overall. We are sharing this survey with you to complete. Please complete one per child so we can collect accurate data from year groups. The deadline for completion of the survey is at 04.00pm on Monday, 08 June.
Please note that a school-wide survey is also being shared, and your support in completing this, too, is highly appreciated.
