Welcome to Term 3 and Safeguarding Notification & Summer Scheme Sign Up

Dear Parents,

It has been great to see the students return to school with great enthusiasm to start the final term of the academic year.

If you have not done so already, please make time to read the welcome letter for the start of Term 3, which was sent on the final day of the holidays, before the return. I am also sharing with you this Safeguarding Notification. We have become aware that a number of students from Year 2 upwards have been discussing games and other online material which they are playing at home.

These conversations suggest that some children may be accessing content at home that is not aligned with their developmental stage or the values we promote at school. We are sharing this notice to offer support and guidance to parents in managing their child/ren’s digital activity.

Wishing you a peaceful weekend,

Mrs Katie Tomlinson

Head of Primary School

Summer Scheme 2025

Summer Scheme will run from Monday, 23 June, through Friday, 04 July. We plan to open registration on Friday, 25 April, when we return after the Easter break.

This is a two-week programme and to run it, we need 65 students at a minimum, spread across four groups. We have a maximum of 80 places available. Traditionally, the groupings have been Nursery & Reception, Year 1 & 2, Year 3 & 4, and Year 5 & 6, though these can alter depending on how many students of different ages apply and staffing available during the summer. Once a group reaches 20, then that group will be closed, and any others wishing to join after will be placed on a waiting list. This is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The cost of the scheme will be Php 28,000.00, and payment will confirm a place on the scheme.

Please fill in this form for the Summer Scheme 2025 registration. A place on the scheme cannot be confirmed until proof of payment is received.
