Dear Parents and Families, 

For those of you returning in August, please note that the Meet the Teaching Team event for parents will take place on the first evening of the school year for all year groups. They will take place at 05.00 pm on Wednesday, 12 August, in the Bayanihan Hall. We will begin with a short introduction from me and the Primary Leadership Team, after which parents will be invited to visit classrooms and meet their child/ren’s new teaching team.

If you have multiple children in school, you should split the adults you have for your family across these as much as you are able. Where it is not possible, we advise that you attend the session for your youngest child, or where there is a teacher you have not met before, and then, at the end of the evening, make your way to the end of the session to say hello to the teams in the other year group.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say a final thank you for such a great year. To those families who are leaving BSM for other countries and schools, I wish you every happiness and success on your next adventure. To those of you returning, I very much look forward to seeing you again in August.

For those attending BSM Summer Scheme, have a wonderful time with Mr Cosgrove and his team. For those travelling over the break, I wish you safe and happy travels.
