New Primary School Staff, Christmas Cards 2024, and Parent Presentation on Online Safety

Dear Parents,

As the half-term break is quickly approaching, it is a good time to pause and reflect upon our journey so far this academic year. We have welcomed 58 new families in Primary School as well as two fabulous new members of the teaching staff and four new PLAs/LSSs - everyone seems to be settling well into new routines and making the most of all that BSM has to offer.

This week the judging for the Christmas Cards 2024 designs took place and winners will be celebrated in our Primary School Assembly on the last day of term.

Thank you to all the parents who joined us for the Jonathan Taylor Parent Presentation earlier this week about safer online behaviours. A recording of Jonathan's sessions can be accessed here (please ensure you're logged in using your FAM e-mail to access the link). There were lots of tips shared which I know will be very useful. The students in Years 3, 4, 5, and 6 also had input from Jonathan and were specifically asked to think about four questions before accessing online games. Please do ask them what they learnt and remember!
