Dear BSM Family,
We held our BSM Alumni Connect this week, and thank you as always to parents, Ms Grace Vera Cruz and Ms Eleanor Coliangco, for their fantastic support in organising this event! It’s always a pleasure to reconnect with our alumni and hear how they are doing at this annual event, which was also attended by business leaders and some of our own BSM Taguig Scholars. I look forward to meeting more of our alumni at Alumni Connect London in May.

BSM Taguig Scholars
The British School Manila Taguig Scholarship Programme (BSMTSP) has been supporting excellent but financially disadvantaged students of Taguig-Pateros for 20 years. What sets it apart from other grants is that more than the financial assistance, it provides a home for the dreamers. It allows the scholars to dream bigger and to go beyond the horizon they have been accustomed to.
Scholars are encouraged to let their ideas flourish, support them as they strive for their ambitions, and allow them to discover the best version of themselves. This is achieved through the different activities organised for them and the school events they are invited to. Just as in the recently concluded BSM Alumni Connect, they have been given the opportunity to be connected to industry leaders and hear the stories of former BSM students.
It is the committee's hope that opportunities such as this will help them see the amazing possibilities available to them and be great ambassadors to the scholarship programme and to the BSM community as a whole.

Eid'l Fitr
Tuesday, 01 April 2025 has been declared by the Office of the President as a Regular Holiday in observance of Eid’l Fitr. As we have done in the past, BSM will hold normal classes on this day. We respect the wishes of any Muslim families who would like to keep their child/ren at home to observe this Feast of Ramadan and we wish you all Eid Mubarak.

Please take note of the upcoming school closures:
- Thursday, 01 May 2025: Labour Day / Regular Holiday
- Monday, 12 May 2025: Philippine Midterm Elections - BSM will be closed on Monday, 12 May 2025, to allow our staff to exercise their right to vote in the Philippine Midterm Elections. There will be no classes or After School Activities (ASAs) on this day.
End of Term Assembly and Last Day of School
We will be having our End of Term Assembly at 10.30am next Friday, 04 April, in the Main Hall. Seats for parents will be available on a first come, first serve basis. We hope that you can come along.
School closes at 12.00nn after the assembly. May we also request you to ensure that your child/ren are collected promptly as we are aiming to clear the school premises by 12.00nn.

Dear Parents,
Whilst it is always sad to see families leave, we are aware that some may be moving on at the end of the school year. If you do not intend to enrol in August 2025, we ask you to complete the Notice of Withdrawal Form on or before Friday, 04 April 2025.
The Notice of Withdrawal allows us to plan for admissions, enrolments, and classes for the next school year, and of course ensures you are not billed for the upcoming school year. Please note that should we not receive a notice of withdrawal, we assume your re-enrollment and will charge full fees for Term 1, School Year 2025-2026.
