Dear BSM Family,
With the Easter break almost in reach, I have thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant hive of activity around school this past week.
Yesterday, I attended the KS2 drama performance, The Storytellers, featuring a new and original script written by our own Mrs. Everley in collaboration with Filipino artists. I was, once again, blown away by the level of professionalism and theatrical ability that our young actors were able to produce - congratulations to all involved and maraming salamat po to Mrs Everley! You can read more about the production in today’s VPA News.
Whilst many Senior School students have been involved in SLCs, I also made sure to see our U13 athletes off as they headed to the FOBISIA games in Thailand and our Senior ISAC teams off to Baguio - best of luck! BSM will again be abuzz with activities this weekend. Best of luck as well to those competing in gymnastics on campus this Saturday too.
Next week promises to finish Term 2 on a high note with the IBDP Graduate Art exhibition and the Flourish Festival, a wonderful celebration of all things well-being at BSM. Our final end-of-term Whole School Assembly will be a celebration of a vibrant and fulfilling term. Please join us if you can at 10.30am in the Main Hall and make sure to check the notes below for reminders on these and other events.
Have a great weekend!

Notice of Withdrawal
Dear Parents,
With summer break and the start of another exciting school year on the horizon, we are also aware some families may be starting to make plans to move on. If you do not intend to enroll in August 2024, we ask you to complete the Notice of Withdrawal Form on or before Friday, 22 March 2024.
As places at BSM are in high demand, this allows us to plan for changes in classes and ensures you are not charged. As a reminder, if we do not receive a notice of withdrawal, the school will charge full fees for Term 1, School Year 2024-2025.
Thank you and have a good weekend.

Traffic We’d like to remind all parents and ask you to remind your drivers, of our Traffic Procedures. For the safety of our students and community, it is important that everyone follows the traffic regulations, the instructions of those directing traffic and shows consideration for others.
We also encourage families to use our Bus Service to reduce the number of cars around the school.

BSM Alumni Connect
We are pleased to announce that we are arranging a number of events for BSM Alumni and would like to invite expressions of interest to help with our planning.
These events are open to all BSM Alumni, graduates and former students, so please share the form with anyone who attended BSM in the past and, even if they aren’t able to make these events, ask them to fill out the form and join the BSM Alumni Facebook group so we can contact them regarding other events in the future.
We know that many BSM Alumni are still in touch with their former classmates but the school may not hold up to date details for them; we would therefore ask you to share the form with your network so we can build and strengthen our alumni network as we head towards BSM’s 50th year, in 2026.
