Welcome Letter from the Head of School

Thank you for visiting our Admissions Office website. We understand that your child’s education is a major concern in your accepting the move to Manila. Hence, our best advice is for you to complete the application process as early as possible.  We process applications throughout the year for international students and from April each year for Filipino applicants.

We have three categories of applicants:

  • Category 1 is British children, and these are admitted automatically as long as they pass the admission assessment,
  • Category 2 are children with commonwealth passports, and are given priority on the waitlist,
  • Category 3 is non-commonwealth.

Once you have begun the application process by submitting the online application form and the non-refundable processing fee, we will send you an acknowledgement email that explains our application procedure in detail. If you pay the fee via wire transfer, please fax us a copy of the payment receipt so that we can expedite your child’s application process.

While we do not expect to receive all supporting documents at once, we do require the online application form and the fee immediately. After we have received all required items, we can consider the application and schedule an assessment.    We cannot offer a place at the school without the assessment.   Please keep in mind that two things must happen before we can offer enrolment to your child: First and foremost, he/she must meet our academic and behavioural requirements and second, we have to have space in the appropriate year (grade) level. The role of the admissions office is to not only review, facilitate and deliver admissions decisions but it is also to serve as an advocate for prospective families. As such, please rely on us to provide you with the necessary support and guidance throughout the application and enrolment process. In order to be effective in this role we need your cooperation in providing the necessary information and documentation in a timely manner.

If we are able to offer enrolment to your child, our finance department will send you a tuition invoice within a few weeks of sending out the acceptance letter: It is the prompt payment of tuition that reserves a space for your child in the respective grade level. If we are unable to offer enrolment due to lack of space, your child will be waitlisted until there is an opening.

Please be advised that enrolment priority is given to those who complete the application process first by submitting the application fee along with all necessary documents. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that all necessary supporting documents and the application fee are received by our office. Should you have any questions about our website, require additional information, or would like to tour our school, please contact us so that we can arrange an appointment. We welcome and look forward to your visit.
